Join me on this episode, A Drummer's Guide To... Rest! I was knocked out with a cold/flu bug last week - soooo annoying! As you know, I like to be on the go doing stuff, so I found it hard to stop and actually succumb to the fact I am in fact human, and need to recover! Annoying! Anyways, as someone who is rubbish at resting, this episode is kind of an exploration on the subject as it's an area I'm not great in!
